Patrolman

The City of Metter is seeking qualified applicant for the position of Patrolman (Certified). The City of Metter is approximately 63 miles Northwest of Savannah, Georgia along interstate 16. A Patrolman's entry level annual salary is approximately $42,024. The City of Metter also offers excellent health and medical benefits, retirement, take-home vehicles, and variety of other benefits. Minimum Requirements

• High School Education or equivalent

• Effective Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)

• No conviction record for felony or crime of moral turpitude or domestic violence

• Valid Driver's License

• Georgia P.O.S.T Certified Officer desired but not a requirement
