Water/Sewer Assistant

The City of Metter is seeking qualified applications for a Water/Sewer Assistant. The City of Metter offers excellent health and medical benefits, retirement, and a variety of other benefits.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Education or equivalent

• Valid Driver's License

• Be in good physical condition

• Ability to read, write and perform mathematical calculations

• Possess or have the ability to obtain a Class III Georgia Water and Wastewater Certification or both

Applications are available at The City Hall at 49 South Rountree Street, Metter, Georgia. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. Applications will be accepted until October 24, 2025 or until position is filled. The pay range for this position is $32,105 to $48,851
