Certified Pharmacy Technician

A Walmart pharmacy technician helps patients, fills prescriptions, manages inventory, and processes insurance claims under a pharmacist's supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Prescription Processing: Enter customer prescription data accurately, count or pour medications, and package items for pickup.

• Customer Service: Greet patients, handle drop-offs and pick-ups, and answer basic medication questions.

• Insurance & Billing: Resolve insurance rejection issues and process third-party claims.

• Inventory Management: Restock shelves, handle order exceptions, and check for expired products.

Job Requirements
