Qualifications

• Valid Ga Drivers License

• High school diploma or GED

• Pass background check

• Pass drug screen

• Able to work as a team and produce quality work under tight deadlines

• Strong communication skills

• Adaptive learner with positive attitude

Duties

• Operate back hoe, bulldozer, roll packer, tractor, front end loader, trenching machine, and other related equipment

• Operates a variety of handheld tools

• Inspects equipment prior to use

• May load dump truck

• Fills and repairs road shoulders and participates in ditch and drainage construction

• May perform Public Works Construction, maintenance, and repair duties, including flagging traffic, replacing road signs, installing driveways, digging pits, mowing rights-of- way, cleaning and maintaining roads,ditches and drains, and pouring, spreading, and leveling asphalt, concrete and gravel and other duties
