Maintenance Laborer

The Reidsville Housing Authority is accepting applications for a full-time Maintenance Laborer position.

Position primarily performs various unskilled, semi-skilled tasks in the general maintenance, repair, care and upkeep of grounds, equipment, buildings, and facilities, with responsibility for work performance in several trads including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and small appliance repair. The work requires the use of hand, machine, and power tools and variety of other mechanical equipment.

Successful candidate must hold a valid Georgia Driver's license, must pass background checks, drug screening and be bondable and insurable by the Authority's insurance carrier.

Wage is determined upon experience. Full benefit package offered.

Applications may be obtained in person from the Reidsville Housing Authority Office, 131 Hill Street, Reidsville, GA from 8:30am until 4:30pm Monday - Thursday and 8:30am until 11:30am Fridays. No phone inquires accepted. Applications or resumes must be turned in by 4pm.
