Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older

• GED/ HS Diploma

• Clear criminal history

• Clear driving history

Job Duties

The 911 Communication Officer is responsible for receiving, processing, prioritizing, and dispatching emergency and non-emergency calls for service. The communications Officer has a critical link between the public and emergency responders and is responsible for ensuring that accurate, timely, and appropriate information is communicated to law enforcement, fire, EMS, and other emergency personnel.
