Lindsay Hardeman, ITA Participant
Lindsay Hardeman was enrolled in the WIOA ITA program in February 2021. She was laid off from her position at Glamourous Peach Boutique and was determined eligible as a Dislocated Worker under the National Dislocated Worker COVID-19 Grant. She was attending Oconee Fall Line Technical College pursuing a degree in Radiology. She needed financial assistance with the costs of the program. Lindsay completed the program and received her Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology on May 2,2022 with a 3.27 GPA. She was offered a position with Dodge County Hospital in the Radiology Department and is loving her career path. Lindsay had this to say about the WIOA program, “Before receiving WIOA I worried constantly and wondered how I would financially be able to finish my degree. I am so thankful for everything they have helped me with. WIOA has made my experience with college much more enjoyable.”
