EMANUEL COUNTY

Kaitlyn Arnold enrolled in the WIOA program in September 2023. She was

attending classes full-time at Southeastern Technical College in the Nursing program.

She only worked part-time and needed financial assistance to continue attending

school. WIOA provided Kaitlyn with transportation stipends and assisted with the cost

of books, supplies, testing, uniforms, and graduation fees. She recently graduated and

received her RN license. She has now accepted full-time employment as an RN at East

Georgia Regional Hospital.

Kaitlyn had this to say about her time in the WIOA program. “WIOA was very

convenient, and the reimbursements really saved my life through nursing school. I am

so thankful I found this program.”
