Install & Repair Technician

Install & Repair Technician Pineland is seeking a highly qualified Individual to serve as a member of the Outside Plant Team. The Individual selected to join this team will have a primary role of installing, maintaining, and repairing customer premise voice, internet, and television equipment. The individual will utilize testing equipment to determine trouble created for necessary repairs. S/he will complete all installation and repair related forms and reports; fiber splicing, electrical switch/router, and PBX skills preferred. The individual will be in direct contact with customers via phone and on-site services. Qualifications Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. Two years of telecommunications schooling or equivalent work experience desired. Demonstrated ability to learn new technology with accuracy and at a fast pace. Knowledge of voice and internet technologies preferred. Must have proven ability to complete projects/assignments in a timely manner without constant supervision.
