Water /Sewer Assistant

The City of Metter is accepting applications for a Water/Sewer Assistant. Minimum qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, a valid Georgia driver’s license, be in good physical condition, ability to read, write and perform mathematical calculations and poses a Class III Georgia State Water and/or Wastewater Certification or both. Applications are available at City Hall at 49 South Rountree Street, Metter, Georgia. Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a. m. until 5:00 p. m. Applications will be accepted until August 10, 2023, or until the position is filled. The pay range for this position is $14.33 hourly to $21.81 hourly.
