Construction Associate

Pride Pool, Spas & Leisure Products is currently hiring for a Construction Associate who is detailed oriented to join our team. The Construction Associate will work on new pool construction clean up projects, hot tub deliveries and other duties as assigned. Construction Associate will be responsible for assistance with the completion of new pool clean up projects. Role consists of general labor on work sites to ensure timely project completion, communicating with leadership about project tasks. Construction Associate must have good communication skills, some knowledge of construction processes, and willingness to learn about the pool building process.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Overall assistance with completion of projects

• Manual labor (use of shovels, lifting materials, job site cleanup, demolition, use of power tools, loading/unloading materials, etc.)

• Picking up materials, tools, and supplies to deliver to job sites

• Ensuring jobsite cleanliness

• Communicate and summerize job progress with supervisor

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must be punctual in reporting to work

• High School or equivalent to work

• High School or equivalent educvation preferred

• Must have a driver's license

• Must have some knowledge of construction practices

• Any pool related experience is a plus

• Ability to lift 25-75 pounds

• Must be a team player
