Alarm Technician

Southeast Fire & Burglar Alarm Company, a subsidiary of Pineland Telephone Cooperative, Inc., is seeking a highly qualified individual to fill the position of Alarm Technician. This position is full-time, with some overtime available, primarily stationed out of the Metter office. The individual selected to join the Southeast/Pineland team will have a primary role of installing, programming, maintaining, and repairing security and alarm wiring and equipment. All jobs and tasks must be performed in accordance with relevant codes. Experience in the Alarm Industry, Information Technology (IT), and/or Electrical experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Must possess a valid driver's license with good driving record, the ability to lift 25 lbs, work indoors or outdoors through varying temperatures, and be able to learn and take instruction on a daily basis. Qualified applicant will undergo a background check and drug screening.

Locations

This position will require daily travel throughout the SEFB service area.
