Sizemore, Inc. is hiring reliable and experienced Distribution Associates for a busy shipping and receiving department. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for long-term, stable employment.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving operations

• Picking, packing, and staging materials

• General warehouse duties

• Maintaining accuracy and organization in the distribution area

• Shift: Monday-Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Movement of goods within the supply chain

• Storage of raw materials or finished goods within a facility

• Plans and controls the flow of raw materials of finished products from start to finish

• Transportation of finished products typically to consumers or resellers

• Responsible for receiving, stocking, loading, and unloading merchandise, picking, and operating heavy-duty equipment

Qualifications

• Up-to-date resume required

• Good job history and attendance

• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

• Dependable and looking for long-term employment

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of prior warehouse experience (beyond basic picking/packing)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time

• Strong job history with good attendance

• Up-to-date resume required

• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

• Steel-toe boots required

• Dependable and safety-focused
