• EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Successful completion of initial 30 -day probationary period Effective communicating in English both orally and in written form CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, & REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED PHYSICAL DEMANDS 100% of the job positions day is spent walking, standing, kneeling, bending, stooping, and/or lifting weights up to 50 pounds and lifting over their heads

Responsibilities

• Set-up line, hang parts, vacuum water, plug/mask Stack down parts on pallets using correct packing material May be asked to help in the paint room or inspect area Identify and touch-up parts May be asked to perform multiple jobs in a day /or from day to day Perform quality inspection at each stage of the process Read & follow work center job instructions Read & accurately interpret work orders and customer prints

• Any problems must be brought to the attention of the Team Leader Stay alert to the parts on the conveyor Maintain productivity and efficiency Follow safety procedures Perform daily housekeeping Attend department meetings daily Encourage, implement, and support continuous improvement within the department To successfully perform this job, an individual must be able to perform the job responsibilities effectively
