Surgical Associates in Claxton is seeking an experienced Clinical Practice Manager (RN or LPN) to lead the daily operations of our busy physician practice. This full-time, day-shift leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about patient-centered care, team development, and operational excellence.

This position works closely with physicians and hospital leadership to oversee practice operations, billing and collections, staff scheduling, compliance, performance improvement, and strategic planning—while supporting our mission of delivering high-quality care to our community.

✅ RN or LPN required

✅ 3–5 years physician office management experience

✅ Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, CPT & ICD coding

✅ Leadership, organization, and communication skills are a must
