The City of Dublin, Georgia is currently taking applications for a Human Resource Information System
(HRIS) Administrator. The HRIS Administrator will be responsible for the support and maintaining of the
organization’s HRIS applications and modules. Work is performed under general supervision with
knowledge of administrative policies and procedures. Work is performed under the direction of the
Human Resources Director.
The applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources
Management, Business Administration, or related field, or at least five years of related experience
required with at least one year in a supervisory position preferred. Applicant should have a combination
of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job
qualifies. SHRM-CP OR SHRM-SCP highly desirable. Applicants must possess a valid Georgia Driver’s
License and pass a drug screen.
The position is an exempt position and salary is based on experience. An extensive fringe benefit
package including health, dental, and life insurance is also offered.
