WASTEWATER PLANT OPERATOR III

The City of Dublin has an opening for a Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator III. This

individual will be responsible for cleaning wires, channels, grit chamber, rake and bar

screen, dispose of sand and waste as necessary, prepare log sheets, change charts,

and daily updates various test reports. Individual will collect samples of sewage as

needed; performs routine tests, such as Ph, chlorine residual, settable solids, BOD

dissolved oxygen, and a temperature test.

Starting salary is $16.57 per hour for Class III trainee and $18.44 for Class III Operator.

An extensive fringe benefit package including health, dental and life insurance is also

offered. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license and have a high school

diploma or GED. The successful applicant must pass a drug screen.
