JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
Provide customer service and administrative support linked to water utility service connections and disconnections
Handle financial transactions for Utility payments, building rentals, city permits, and assist in maintaining a balanced cash drawer
Prepare and maintain records for City work orders, cemetery maintenance, delinquent tax records, and water and cemetery accounts.
Minimum Qualifications:
1 to 2 years experience in a similar role
Ability to read, write and perform mathematical calculations at a level commonly associated with the completion of high school or equivalent
Strong oral and written communication abilities, along with effective interpersonal skills.
