Bachelor's in Business Management, Records Management, Public Administration, Accounting or a closely related field
2 years of related experience
Knowledge required
Proficient use of Word and Excel, oral and written communicatons, accounting and payroll duties
Knowledge of record management principles, budget development and management principles, modern office principles and practices, and generally accepted accounting principles
Skills in planning organizing, directing, and coordinating the work of personnel, analysis of problems and the development and implementation of solutions, preparation of clear and precise administrative reports, preparing and administering budgets
Requirements
Pass background check
Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
Valid Ga Driver's License
Acquire a Notary public certification with in six months
Acquire Certification as a Municipal Clerk, Financial Certification and Qualifying Officer with Ethics of Elections.
