Maintenance Laborer

This position performs general maintenance, repair, care and upkeep of grounds, equipment, buildings, and facilities, with responsibility for work performance with several trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and small appliance repair. The work requires the use of hand, machine, and power tools and a variety of other mechanical equipment.
