Housing Manager

The McRae Housing Authority is seeking an experienced housing professional to serve as a Housing Manager. The MHA is a small authority with a total of 66 low-income public housing units on two sites.

Candidates must possess a range of skills and abilities to qualify for the position. Minimum of two years of experience in Public Housing or property management, HUD programs, rent calculation certification, Public Housing Manager or Occupancy Specialist Certification and EIV Certification preferred; Experience in SACS software preferred.
