JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer Service/Receptionist
Hourly Rate: Based on Qualifications
Working Hours: 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
Front Desk Receptionist: Professionally greet and direct visitors to the
appropriate person or department
Phone Management: Answer and screen phone calls, take messages,
and transfer calls to the correct party
Administrative Tasks:
Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails.
Filing: Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
Data Entry: Enter and update information in databases and spreadsheets.
Office Supplies: Manage and restock office supplies.
Problem Solving: Address inquiries and resolve basic customer issues
Sales Tasks:
Assisting local customers with shed/carport order inquiries
Showing local customers around to facilitate sales
Order Entry
Quoting building prices for customers
Qualifications:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organization: Strong organizational skills are essential for managing schedules and information
Multitasking: The ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively is important
Interpersonal Skills: A friendly and approachable demeanor is vital for
interacting with visitors and colleagues
Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer software, such as
Microsoft Office Suite, is often required
Customer Service: A customer-focused attitude and the ability to
provide excellent service are key
