What You'll Do:

• Deliver Patient Care: Provide top-tier care, assist with daily living activities, and ensure the overall comfort and well-being of patients.

• Collaborate for Comprehensive Care: Work alongside healthcare professionals to provide holistic support and care.

• Uphold Safety Protocols: Adhere strictly to facility guidelines and procedures to ensure patient and personal safety.

• Document Patient Information: Keep detailed records of patient care, activities, and health changes with utmost accuracy.

• Assist with Health Management: Monitor and report on patient health, assisting with routine care to promote optimal health outcomes.

• Maintain High Standards: Ensure that all health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Skills & Requirements:

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.

• 1-2 years of experience in a CNA role preferred

• Experience working in assisted living or long-term care is required

• High school diploma or equivalent

• CPR is required

• Willingness to work any shift—days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills dedicated to patient care

• Must have a professional nurse entrepreneur mindset
