Shift Lead

Responsibilities

• As a Lead, you will assist management by supervising crew members and ensuring smooth store operations

• KEEP THE PIZZA HOT

• As a Lead at Little Caesars, you help guide the crew and keep the store running efficiently

• You lead by example, pitch in where needed, and make sure every pizza and guest experience meets our high standards

• Assist with training and coaching crew members

• Support daily operations including food prep, cooking, and service

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards are met

• Help manage inventory and stock levels

• Provide excellent guest service with a positive attitude

• Take initiative to solve problems and keep the team motivated

• Work closely with management to meet store goals

• Tasks may involve unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, moving equipment, and other labor-intensive duties in a fast-paced environment

• They will review the essential job functions, which are normally defined as the fundamental activities conducted on a daily or regular basis that will affect the success of the store

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable and customer-focused

• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

• This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
